| Minimum order size for all stocked vials is one tray. Orders placed on stock items before noon can be shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the following business day. For special orders requiring custom vials, (special lengths, diameters, finishes), call for lead-time and required quantities. |
| Custom packaging and shrink wrapping trays of vials are available upon request. Additional charges may apply. |
| Prices may change without any given notice. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee will apply for any cancelled orders. Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours. Returned goods must be in original cases and returned with a receipt within one week from the invoiced date. |
| Terms are net 30 days with approved credit before order is shipped. All other orders will go out C.O.D. All shipments are F.O.B. Commerce, California. Most orders are shipped U.P.S. or common freight carrier. Parcel Post and C.O.D. are available for an additional handling charge. Export shipment or those requiring special handling or documentation are available for an additional charge. Visa and Mastercard accepted. |
| Pacific Vial takes great measures in providing their customers with the correct size and type of vial for the specific requirements of each order, however, it is ultimately up to the customer to ensure that their glass product purchase was chosen correctly. Pacific Vial takes no responsibility for loss or damage of a product due to incorrect usage, or without previous testing. Therefore, Pacific Vial, advises all customers to test their products performance inside of their selected Pacific Vial glass product before an order is placed. |
